Who we are

What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the service you are interested in, if you select one; and
- the message you write.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to take steps you ask for before agreeing any work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to, taking steps before entering into a contract. We ask you to tick a box on the form to confirm you have read this notice.
Who receives it
Messages sent through the form are delivered to our email inbox by a third-party form service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes them on our behalf. That service may process data outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not use it for marketing without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with your request and any follow-up work, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to provide it in a portable format. To do so, email info@amgs.ie. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie (opens in a new tab).

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
